Brian's Fat Sandwich
Last night I was watching flipping through the channels and I stopped on the Travel Channel where they were showing this food truck in New Brunswick, NJ that sells these "fat sandwiches" that come with anything fried or bad for you on them. So I decided that I would make my own. Introducing, Brian's Fat Sandwich.
A blog that I really enjoy reading is The Pioneer Woman, especially her cooking section where she shows step by step pictures of many of her recipes that make it every easy to make her food. In the next few posts I will show you step by step how to make my delicious concoction.
Brian's Fat Sandwich Cont.
Here are the necessary ingredients. Hoagie buns, marinara sauce, chicken strips, french fries, mozzerella sticks, shredded mozzeralla, and pepperoni.
Butter the hoagie buns and toast them on a griddle.

Spread marinara on both sides of the bun.
Place pepperoni (we fried them and drained the grease) on one side.

Add chicken strips.
Shredded Mozzarella Cheese.
Mozzarella Sticks.
And finally top with French fries.

Big Butt!
This morning I was walking through the gym when I had a lady come up to me and say, "Amanda, how much weight have you lost? You look so good..." Of course I blushed and replied with the "Oh, I haven't lost a pound but thanks!" In this moment I felt great. I had forgotten what all I had over the Easter weekend and the 3 pieces of chocolate I had for breakfast. But then...she reply's with "but then I noticed your butt is getting BIGGER". I have found while being a weight loss coach that most African Americans want the bigger butt and hips...now white girls...not so much. I know that this lady was only trying to be nice (at least I hope so) but come on... She went on to ask how she too could make her butt bigger. I replied with do lots of squats!
